Day one

I failed. I hope that I do better tomorrow. Today I ate: a packet of maple and brown sugar pop tarts, for breakfast. i also ate some lean cuisine stuff and a cheeseburger for dinner. I drank some crystal light, a rockstar with only ten calories, and some beer. I ate some popcorn, half a piece of cake and  have generally overate all day. Overeating is my weakness. The first day is a fail overall. I drank too much. I ate too much. BUT tomorrow is another day. I'll keep you posted.
