This story starts out like most, there once was a girl who needed a change. My change starts today. I have started a public venue for anyone to read. I want to be held accountable, be inspired and maybe help someone else become inspired too.
I am getting married October 13th 2012. A little more than a year away. I am very excited to walk down the isle to meet my love. I am not excited to see the photos of my big butt doing it. I want to be honest in my endeavor and tell everyone that I wear a size 20 wedding dress. I want to try and get it down as much as possible for the big day. I'm thinking that me minus 60 lbs could be a nice 14. I haven't been there in a while.
My tools: a healthy eating plan, a gym membership and a dog that needs walking. And water. Lots of water. I want to add some things and take away. I will need lots of support and willpower. I will definitely be cranky and tired. But this is for the rest of my life. They say that it takes roughly 30 days to form a habit, lets see what happens, shall we?
